Job Responsibilities:
A- Review financial documents and loan agreements to determine if all required or eligible alternative documents are available to complete the annual review.
B- Ability to understand various financial documents including but not limited to company prepared financial statements, company prepared financial statements and U.S tax returns.
C- Should be able to review covenants and identify certain loan types to determine all the necessary documents required to perform underwriting work.
D– Deliver quality work product within agreed upon timelines.
E– Will be required to work on BLAST and ICMP.
F– Flexible to work in any shift.
G– Ability to properly escalate issues or complaints in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:
A- Working knowledge on BLAST and ICMP application is an added advantage.
B- Fundamental knowledge of investor and owner occupied real estate transactions is an added advantage
C- At least a B. Com or an equivalent degree preferably MBA / M.com
D– Should have 1.5 – 3 years of work experience.
E– Sound analytical thinking / high attention to detail with focus on research across various platforms
F– Must be able to work in a fast paced production environment and juggle a variety of tasks (time management skills are important)
G– High level of personal motivation, strong interpersonal skills to work across time zone
