UX UI Designer
Full Time

Job Description:
A- Plan and implement new designs
B- Optimize existing user interface designs
C- Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
D– Develop technical and business requirements
E– Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
F– Responsible for including appropriate user research activities at each stage of the design
G– Responsible for providing & communicating actionable findings clearly from user research activities
H– Responsible for continuously including customers in the design process

Skills:
A- Must be fluent in Sketch/Figma/XD or similar design software, must be familiar with responsive design best practices, graphic and visual design, interaction design, and animation
B- Ability to plan, create artifacts for & facilitate user research
C- 6+ years’ experience in a mid/lead UI/UX role
D– At least 2 years of exposure to Omnichannel retail with a focus on e-commerce
E– Able to communicate clearly at C-level & on the ground
F– Strong UI/UX workshop facilitation skills
