Job Description:
A- Contribute to the Sales Performance by achieving the sales objectives
B- Pre-sales support: manage customers’ enquires about training and products, supporting the sale process, through all channels (phone – chat – e-mail). He/she  will support customers to  choose the best products for their needs, answer questions about exercises, training programs, and contents
C– Post Sales caring call: contact customers in a post-purchase process to support them with products and solutions, giving them all helpful advice and suggestions to use our products at the best and ensure an outstanding customer experience
D– Promote and deliver personalized value-added premium services (remote coach)
E– Guarantee Inside Sales team continuous training on products and training programs 
F– Develop new customers and maintain relationships with the existing ones in order to generate new business opportunities

Skills:
A- BA/BS degree in Sports Science, Biomechanics, Exercise Physiology, or Personal Training
B- 3-5 years of experience as Personal Trainer in a structured organizational environment 
C– Accredited with a Professional Body such as the Register of Exercise Professionals
D– Open and confident with all training principles
E– Knowledge of Technogym products and solutions
F– Knowledge of fitness industry
