Job Description:
A- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our products and services
B- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need, while offering solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities
C- Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
D– Updating the database with all the customer information.  
E– Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers.  
F– Taking and processing customers’ orders in a professional manner.  
G– Answering to customers’ questions in regard to products and services.  
H– Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.  

Skills:
A- 2-3 years’ Telesales experience in the domain of Liner/Freight Forwarder/Shipping Services
B- Excellent products and service knowledge shall be preferred
C- Great interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
D– Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.  
E– Ability to deal with different personalities
