Job Description:
A- Assist the team for Conduct regular preventative maintenance inspections of equipment 
B- Demonstrate Transguard’s capability to clients as a market leader in the area of MEP maintenance; being knowledgeable and confident of the equipment and requirements
C- Develop and maintain an excellent technical knowledge of existing and new services/products through in-house or external training courses
D– Help technician in performing maintenance and repairs to all buildings, and parking lots; perform new installation of lighting fixtures of both interior and exterior of buildings and facilities.
E– Develop excellent professional relationships with all clients by demonstrating an understanding of their MEP requirements
F– Performing duties, which include a checklist, checking the system, and visual inspection
G– Completing minor repair work, which includes repairing doors, locks, door frames, and handles as well as replacing light bulbs, sockets, switches, window glass, etc.

Skills:
A- Help to Test Equipment for serviceability
B- Identify and rectify faulty electrical circuits
C- Test protective devices
D– Competent in the use of multimeters, insulation resistance meters, clamp meters, and phase meters.
E– Knowledge of power tools and its safety uses
