Teaching Assistant

Job Description:
A- Supervise students in a small group or one-to-one differentiated activities in class or common learning environment as directed.
B- Communicate effectively and sensitively with a student to support their learning, promote self-confidence and independence, being mindful of their wellbeing. Assist in developing their social/emotional skills.
C- Contribute effectively to the lessons and assist in setting out learning materials appropriate to planned activities for the students.
D– Work with teachers to monitor the progress of the students Function within a framework set by the assigned teacher, to plan your role in lessons including how you will provide feedback to the students on their learning, behavior, and wellbeing.
E– Monitor their participation and progress, provide feedback to the teacher and parents and provide constructive support to the students as they learn.

Skills:
A- Bachelors of any steam or  High School -certificate to be fully attested and presented at the time of interview.
B- Desirable -Minimum 2 years in a similar role in an educational environment
C- Competent Literacy, Numeracy, and IT skills at the required level.
D– Knowledge of strategies that support positive behavior to meet school expectations.
E– Ability to effectively communicate with pupils, parents, and colleagues. To contribute purposefully to their team.
