A- Responsible for end to end case management of all claims – Death and Health claims.
B- Responsible for all customer communication.
C- Responsible for data management for all reports
D– Responsible for claims related complaints and walk in customers
E– Responsible for any system enhancements.
Job Requirements:
A- Graduate / MBBS, BHMS, BAMS
B- 5 years Experience
C- Knowledge of medical terminologies.
D– Legal Updates.
E– Industry practice.
F– Presentation skills.
G– Communication skill
