Job Responsibilities:
A- Provide L1 Support to internal stakeholders
B- Address tickets for the local site as well as remotely related to IT Concerns
C- Travelling for recruitment drives
D– Receive and log in calls related to IT concerns
E– Mentoring new/junior team members
Job Requirements:
A- Computer savvy & excellent English communication skills
B- Graduate in computer applications/IT
C- Competency using MS Office applications
D– 2-4 years of experience in an L1 support role
E– The passion and drive to make a difference
