A- Key Responsibility: Mange elGrocer’s social media & content development with the Marketing Communications Manager
B- KPIs: Engagement rates across social channels (push, social, email, etc)
C- Creative ideas for social based on our brand strategy & marketing calendar
D– Hands-on content development to bring our brand to life (own shoots + with designer/editor)
E– Build our social community management & engagement
F– Jump on & leverage relevant social trends
G– Gather customer & community insights to share internally
H– Support the marketing team with influencer program(s)
I– Report & analyze to constantly improve strategy, content, and engagement

Skills:
A- Strong understanding & psychology of customers & markets
B- Able to shoot and edit videos on the go
C- Able to present the brand and face the camera
D– Creative ideas
E– Outgoing personality & Great communicator (English & Arabic)
