Job Description:
A- To manage the day-to-day security force of the property to ensure the safety and security of guests, personnel, and property.
B- Maintain Health & Safety equipment in good condition and fully operationally as per local UAE law.
C- Implement all policies and procedures regarding security and safety design and implement preventive safety and security programs.
D– Manage all areas of security for the residence including, but not limited to, disorderly conduct, thefts, suicides, bomb threats, employee or guest accidents, fire or safety hazards, robberies, terrorist activities, civil disturbance, power or elevator failures, medical assistance, and natural disasters.
E– Prevent situations that could jeopardize the reputation of the property.
F– Educate Security employees and all employees of the Residence on Health & Safety topics based on specific current Health & Safety regulations.
G– Assist each manager in the residence in giving the necessary training to their employees in Security & Health & Safety matters and to assist them in it.

Skills:
A- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in 5-star luxury hotels and resorts.
B- Computer literate, with a high competency level in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, as a minimum).
C- Strong leadership skills and proven experience in staff development.
D– Arabic Speaker is a plus.
E– Proven aptitude in customer service.
