Sales and Marketing Intern (Arabic)

Job Description:
A- Support in monthly reporting of sales development (follow up with customers for on-time delivery of input, consolidation, and presentation of sales)
B- Preparation of Excel files and Power Points for customers’ visits and internal meetings (regarding sales figures, profit and growth percentages, market shares)
C- Assist with system-generated inquiries related to sales, invoicing, pricing, etc.
D– Support with regional communication and visibility projects (catalogs, leaflets, gift items, exhibitions)
E– Contribute to the improvement of existing reporting tools and mitigating controls
F– Prepare price positioning, marketing plan files, and products comparisons
G– Minor administrative responsibilities involving assistance in the documentation for market visits, hotel bookings, tickets, etc.

Skills:
A- Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration or similar, preferably with emphasis on marketing
B- Fluent in Arabic reading and writing and English.
C- Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
D– Ability to work under pressure and self-initiative
E– Analytical and customer-oriented approach
