Sales and Service Assistant
Full Time
Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Job Description:
A- Effectively identify and respond to client needs after getting RMs/ UMs concurrence (e.g. FD rates, transaction tickets etc.) in small volume and nature
B– Ensure completion of client transactions in a timely and quality manner.
C– Increase client satisfaction by providing high–quality service
D– To support RMs in Guarantee Transactions and follow-up internally to get the agreed pricing from Sales team and check Terms & conditions, bank limits availability and obtain Segment Head approval on the pricing copying related TFO team then uploads the pricing approval in WMS system.
E- Create memos for other units as required by the RMs
F– Tracking and follow-up of documents
G– Despatch and acknowledgment to be done on daily basis

Skills:
A- Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
B- Professional Qualification
C- Minimum 2 to 5 years experience of Business Banking
D– Prefer Knowledge of Credit Skillset and financial aspects
E– Experience in a client contact environment
F– Administrative Service experience (Business Administration)
