Relationship Officer – Telesales (Motor Insurance)

Job Description:
A- Revenue generation through outbound telesales for Motor Insurance.
B- Accurately demonstrate product knowledge and answer customer queries (if any) related to product/ benefit/service
C- Accurately record customer information/instruction on the system
D– Ensure customer information is always secure and up-to-date
E– Ensure the TAT commitments are adhered to at all times
F– Handle customer service requests for associated products in a professional manner
G– Generate leads from customer interactions to create a future pipeline
H– Help create goodwill and preserve the bank’s reputation
I– Provide customer’s feedback on our propositions and suggest improvements (if any)

Skills:
A- Minimum 1 year of motor insurance telesales experience is mandatory.
B- Excellent communication skills, voice clarity
C- Active listener and be able to comprehend various accents
D– Must possess presence of mind and service-oriented mindset
E– Self-motivated and target oriented
