Relationship Officer – Bancassurance (Telesales)
Full Time
Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Job Description:
A- Promote insurance products by providing consistent, accurate, and transparent information to all customers
B- Listening to the customers’ needs and asking the right questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going over the phone.
C- Exceed sales targets assigned and contribute to the overall achievement of the Bancassurance team
D– Provide exceptional customer experience and ensure policy persistency ratios are maintained
E– Maximize on cross-selling, growth of existing customer base, and identify new potential selling opportunities

Skills:
A- At least 2 years of sales working experience in the Bancassurance / Insurance industry
B- Proven experience in achieving sales deliverables with an excellent customer service mindset 
C- Experience in sourcing insurance products especially over the phone will be an added advantage
D– Professional qualification in any Insurance related field will also be an added advantage but not a must. We will impart world-class training and learning opportunities.
E– Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills. Communicates effectively on the phone and uses phone etiquette best practices.
