Job Description:
A- Focus on growing the business sustainably, by identifying opportunities to expand a portfolio and broadening client relationships by leveraging HSBC’s extensive network
B- Drive revenue growth through understanding customer needs and by adopting a needs-based approach that engages clients and increases new business
C- Effectively manage work and support resources to increase the quality and time of client visits opportunities
D– Collaborate with Group colleagues to deliver appropriate needs-based solutions for customers
E– Build a strong understanding of the client’s business and industry to promote insights, enrich client conversations and deliver fair outcomes
F– Deepen understanding of the client through pro-active credit risk assessments and customer due diligence reviews
Skills:
A-Â Corporate Banking experience with recent exposure in a front-line role covering Large Corporate clients, including exposure to sales, commercial lending, credit structures, risk assessment, and trade finance.Â
B-Â Strong track record of customer acquisition
C-Â Evidence of building long-term customer relationships and achieving stretching revenue goals.
D– Customer-centric strategic thinker, able to articulate and deliver long-term banking solutions (vanilla & complex) to clients
E– A graduation degree is a must – to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit
