Job Description:
A- Regularly liaise with department directors/ Heads to identify specific recruitment and selection requirements, regularly. 
B- Updates job profiles and person profiles with formal communication of same to both Dept. Head and Employee and update shared folders within the data files.
C- Liaise with local and overseas recruitment companies and organize effective advertising for recruitment requirements
D– Identifies suitably qualified candidates including non-Nursing positions and forward CVs to respective department managers for review and compiles short lists of candidates
E– Coordinates and participates in interviewing and Selection of Staff

Skills:
A- Certificate/Diploma or Graduateship  or equivalent from a recognized University/College or via the Institute of Personnel Development
B- Excellent command of spoken and written English
C- Minimum 4 years of healthcare recruitment experience in either a hospital or medical recruitment agency setting.
D- Well-versed in MS office applications
E– Previous Middle Eastern recruitment experience preferred
