Finance Manager – Real Estate
Full Time
Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Job Description:
A- Responsible for collections across developers and agencies
B- Setup initiatives across all lines of spending and build trackers and tools to monitor and control spending vs budget allocated
C- Ensure company accounts are reconciled and highlight to the respective departments for any unreconciled transaction for further action
D– Manage petty cash as per policy to meet business requirements
E– Manage month-end closing activities accurately and in a timely manner
F– Prepare monthly MIS report and review Head of Sales
G– Circulate and present monthly MIS to Principal for decision making
H– Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules and review them with the Head of Sales

Skills:
A- Degree in Accounting
B- 2+ years experience in finance function preferably with developers or real estate agencies
C- Advanced Accounting Principals
D– Advanced Communication and Presentation skills
E– Advanced Administration skills
