Procurement Specialist Job In Abu Dhabi | Aldar Education Jobs
Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
A- Sourcing of goods and services as required by the Organization / Schools
B- Evaluate proposals and recommend awards.
C- Ensure all school procurement requirements are completed within the SLA of the department
D– Maintaining relations with preferred suppliers to ensure procurement of high-quality goods/services, expedient delivery, and dependable service at optimum price.
E– Compilation and preparation of reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends, and appropriate recommendations or conclusions. The ability to develop dashboards would be an added asset.
F– Ensure compliance of purchasing activities with corporate governance.
A- Minimum graduate-level degree or related Procurement specific qualification.
B- CIPS Certified would be an added value
C- A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement within the region. Having education procurement experience is preferable.
D– Fluent English communication skills, written and oral.
E– Attention to detail with diligent follow-up, and ability to execute in a timely manner.
