Office Administrator
Full Time

Job Description:
A- Coordinate office activities and operations in a smooth and efficient manner.
B- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc of the manager and other staff as and when required.
C- Handle phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, business letters, courier packages etc)
D– Attend meetings when required and take down minutes of the meeting.
E– Maintain files, and records and be able to generate reports on excel if required.
F– Keep track of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
G– Follow-up on internal and external work requirements and maintain a continuous flow of communication with the manager.
H– Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
Skills:
A- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
B- Minimum 3-4 years’ proven experience in a similar role of Administrative Assistant or Office Administrator.
C-Â Experience within Oil & Gas industry preferred but not mandatory.
D– Must have good English communication skills (speak/read/write).
E– Must have working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
