Maintenance Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical/Instrument) 
Full Time
Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Job Description:
A- Execute assigned personal objectives with limited direct guidance and supervision
B- Adhere to and comply with relevant discipline-specific OMS and client procedures in the execution of work activities. Provide feedback for continuous improvement of aforementioned procedures, if applicable
C- Undertake a review of peer and junior personnel work in accordance with OMS Review and checking procedure 
D– Under instruction from the Lead Maintenance Engineer, delegate tasks to junior personnel 
E– Provide coaching and mentoring of junior position personnel directly assigned by the Lead Maintenance Engineer
F– Effective delivery of assigned work scopes in accordance with applicable OMS or client Process and Procedures
G– Attain and sustain Senior Maintenance Engineer competency
H– Establish and maintain effective working relationships and communicate across the business, project, contract, and discipline interfaces

Skills:
A- BSc, B.Eng, HNC, HND or equivalent with industrial experience in applicable maintenance discipline OR NVQ or equivalent trade-based qualification with hands-on industrial experience in applicable maintenance discipline
B- Demonstrable balance of industrial experience at relevant level and position
C- Intellectually capable, can apply maintenance theory in a practical context
D– Develop, review, and modify maintenance procedures
E– Diligent and dependable in consistent application of established process
