Job Description:
A- Collaborate with Priority RMs teams to provide professional insurance planning services and pre-sales information, meet potential customers and answer complex insurance enquires.
B- Analyse customers’ financial situation and identify their financial needs recommend relevant products and structure solutions to best suit their needs.
C- Provide quality after-sales services to maintain the customer relationship and solicits referral business to expand the customer base.
D– Work closely with Priority RMs teams to optimize the sales results.
E– Maximize business opportunities to achieve predictable sales targets / business goals.
F– Coaching RMs for knowledge development
G– Comply with all applicable compliance procedures and report any suspicious activity to Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager.
H– Adhere to the highest standard of quality and customer satisfaction
Skills:
A- University Graduate
