Role in Housekeeping
Full Time
Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Job Description:
A- Conduct all operational tasks in Housekeeping while living up to service standards and procedures.
B- Go the extra (s)mile where you can.
C- Timeliness in order taking and delivery of requests to guests.
D– Prevent complaints and ensure adequate service recovery where needed.
E– Pro-actively communicate with fellow Ambassadors, always with the Guest’s interests at heart.
Skills:
A-Â Previous experience in similar and/or related fields in a 5* Hotel.
B-Â At least 1-year of experience at the same level.
C-Â Proficient in English Language
D– Minimum qualification required is High school diploma/higher secondary
