Job Description:
A- Aim to constantly improve HR service delivery with excellent customer service by identifying challenges and recommending opportunities for improvements, consistently thinking outside of the box in terms of solutions
B- Trusted Business Partner to the UAE Managing Director. Coach and support UAE local leadership team in identifying and managing HR interventions to improve business performance, to build initiatives and programs which drive the business agenda as aligned with the corporate strategy
C- Act as an HR advisor, providing coaching and advice on HR-related questions, policies, procedures, and legislation
D– Deliver ongoing HR projects and employee engagement activities
E– Recommend, implement and update policies and integrated processes in order to ensure relevant HR services and consistent standards of employment

Skills:
A- University degree or equivalent (preferably in Human Resources)
B- Minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience in the generalist field of HR. Last 2 years minimum on Managerial Level
C- Multiple project handling experience
D– Professional, well-organized self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative
E– Customer-oriented, approachable and strong interpersonal skills
