Head of the Customer Happiness Center

Job Description:
A- Managing the operations of the Customer Happiness Center in the Roads and Transport Authority and employees, where all customer requests are received, registered, and implemented in accordance with standards and procedures.
B- Reviewing, recommending, and implementing the necessary updates on the operations of the Customer Happiness Center to achieve the strategic objective of the operations and to ensure the compatibility of these operations with the services provided through the center.
C- Conducting a strategic analysis of the statistical data extracted from various sources to recommend improvements to the performance of the center and its services.
D– Improving services within the center while ensuring compliance with the RTA’s customer service vision.
E– Managing and developing programs and procedures to meet customer expectations.
F– Developing a happiness and service charter for customers in the center and following up on the implementation to ensure the center’s compliance with the charter
G– Manage all safety, risk, sustainability, and business continuity standards and conduct periodic reviews and necessary tests and compare them with performance to ensure compliance.

Skills:
A- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from an accredited university.
B- 7 years of relevant work experience.
C- High degree of analytical thinking and demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and simplifying multiple work processes
