1- Frontdesk Receptionist (Female)
Full Time
Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Purpose:
The goal of this position is to provide exceptional customer service to clients by scheduling appointments, greeting them, checking them in, dealing with any complaints or issues, answering their questions about products and services, and ensuring that they have a positive experience and leave extremely satisfied.

Job Responsibilities:
A– Ensure that every client she interacts with receives exceptional customer service and leaves the salon 110 percent satisfied.
B– Professionally handles client complaints and ensures that the complaint procedure is completed quickly and efficiently, resulting in complete customer satisfaction.
C– Within 30 to 60 days, she will be able to learn the entire Frontdesk Process and be able to operate independently.
D– Ability to book clients quickly and accurately without making any mistakes.
E– She was able to balance her drawer without any cash shortages, undercharges, overcharges, or check out errors.

Job Requirements:
– Have a long history of working with customers.
– Have you worked in a G.C.C environment before?
– Good English Speaker Energetic and Enthusiastic Attention to Detail Intelligent and Quick Learner
– Honest/Trustworthy
– Simple to Operate
– Working under duress with confidence
– Team Player with a Positive Attitude and Good Work Ethics
– Computer Proficiency
