Job Description:
A- Reporting to the CFO, you will manage a team of 2 accountants dealing with large numbers and volumes of data.
B- Running a smooth month-end process in a fast-growing, multi-jurisdiction organization.
C- Managing accounts receivables and accounts payables and maintaining records of vendor relations and statuses.
D– Building budget as well as performing monthly variance analysis, and reviewing with P&L owners.
E– Ensuring tax and local entity compliance in the markets we operate in by staying informed on related government regulations
F– Automating manual month-end tasks and working with data teams to tweak data pipelines for a more efficient process.
G– Leading system reviews and implementation.
H– Driving continuous improvement of existing policies and procedures, as well as identifying cost-cutting opportunities
Skills:
A-Â Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA)
B-Â At least 7 years experience, ideally with industry experience gained within an SME business
C-Â Regional experience in the GCC is preferred
D– Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling
E– Highly organized individual with strong attention to detail
