Job Description:
A- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to FAB Islamic and NHL in order to facilitate effective and smooth operations whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times and in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
B- Provide a complete secretarial and administrative service to the Head of FAB Islamic &NHL to facilitate the smooth functioning of the department/business unit processes and allow him/her to concentrate on mainstream activities.
C- Observe confidentiality procedures and register and track accountable documentation to ensure security and control.
D– Provide time management/diary service for the Head of FAB Islamic &NHL to ensure they are able to attend all key meetings at the appointed times with all relevant documents needed for the meeting to facilitate the achievement of business objectives.
E– Arrange meetings called by the Head of FAB Islamic &NHL. Draft the topics of the agenda and prepare minutes of meetings as required.

Skills:
A- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Banking or any related discipline
B- Expert knowledge of Outlook, and MS Office
C- 5 years’ relevant experience in the banking sector with at least 3 years in similar positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.
D– Driving change and a customer-first approach to work
E– Excellent written and oral communication skills
