E-Learning Designer
Full Time
Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Job Description:
A- Structure, design, develop, review, and continuously improve online programs using e-learning development tools such as Articulate 360.
B- Partner with subject-matter experts and senior stakeholders like L & D/Training Managers using expertise in adult learning and instructional design to ensure learning objectives are met within the agreed timescale and with the right quality of content.
C- Create, develop, and design digital content to the required transfer of knowledge for different audiences within the Air Arabia Group.
D– Maintain the highest standards throughout the lifecycle of learning design, review, and implementation of programs within established timeframes.
E– Evaluate and guide the learning department on tools for e-learning design.
F– Evaluate online learning solutions to ensure objectives are met at an individual, team and brand level.
G– Liaise with SMEs to understand and translate learning requirements into engaging interactive digital content.

Skills:
A- Minimum bachelor’s degree qualification in a related field
B- Industry certifications/qualifications in instructional design, e-learning development
C- Experience with eLearning content creation tools such as Articulate Studio/Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and basic coding for the web (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
D– 5+ years of learning experience design / instructional design experience designing for an e-learning design company and/or working as an e-learning designer in a corporate organization.
E– Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines, maintain strong attention to detail, and work independently as well as collaboratively in group settings in a fast-paced, organization.
