Job Description:
A- Serco’s point of contact for all customers and Serco’s internal requests for services and assets.
B- Management and supervision of Reception and Accommodation staff and daily operations of Reception and Accommodation team.
C- Monitor the fleet management software system (CAFM) and allocate any new transport tasks to the driver pool.
D– Manage and liaison for all Host Nation and ADF Passes for the department and their associated vendors.
E–
Skills:
A-Â Minimum 2 years experience in the Call Centre environment facilities management field.
B-Â Minimum 2 years experience in the Hospitality industry or Transport industry
C-Â Valid UAE Drivers license is desirable
D– Courteous and respectful providing customer service excellence.
E– Excellent customer service communication skills.
