Job Description:
A- Facilitate the budgeting process for C & IB including rationalizing the input from the segments
B- Review the current Management Information produced for CX and work closely with the SMCX and customer analytics (CA) to develop a comprehensive CX management tool for CX including:
Call Centre Reports
Mystery shopper report
Social Media Reports
Mobile Application Customer Feedback
C- Â Provide ongoing CX support for all of CXPD and Business
D– Undertake regular performance appraisals and give feedback Head of the team
E– Work with the Strategic Marketing and communication team to insure all CX requirements are in line with the Marketing and branding scope of the bank
Skills:
A- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics / Commerce / Business studies / Arts / Psychology
B-Â 4+ years of experience in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design for digital experiences
C-Â UX design experience for data-intensive and transaction-oriented applications
D– Strong knowledge of user centered design processes and principles
E– Domain expertise in the financial sector
