Collection Officer – Dubai
Dubai, United Arab Emirates
A- Prepare a plan to call the customers in coordination with the collection team leader
B- Check the customers who do not pay their due payments
C- Review the customer’s list and make priorities for calling them based on the team leader’s instructions
D– Contact the customer through other channels of remote communications by processing requests and making outbound calls to customers if necessary
E– Negotiate with the customer and inform him of the due amounts, deadline of payment, and the way of payment
F– Negotiate agreements and settlements within established guidelines
G– Update customer information, tracks, and documents into the customer interface system after each call
A- A university degree
B– knowledge of the banking industry and its products and services
C- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in field collection in any financial industry, the banking industry is preferable.
D– This role is for UAE Nationals only.
