Assistant Category Manager

Job Description:
A- You merchandise the site to maximize add-to-cart, average basket value, and sales through the planning and execution of product features, promotions, and cross-selling.
B- You know what products to feature based on offline performance, seasonality, and market trend
C- You check competition and best-in-class retailers to research trends in products and pricing
D– You’re experienced with working with Merchandising and Marketing calendars to plan your features and events
E– You work jointly with the stakeholders, co-ordinate promotions and develop online exclusive promotions that align to the concept and online marketing calendar
F– You keep up with the latest trends in the eCommerce merchandising space
G– You understand how your products must be presented online to maximize conversion and consistently Q/C the site and give feedback to the content team

Skills:
A- Postgraduate degree, preferably business administration
B- 3+ years in Ecommerce/Planning/Buying/Tech roles
C- Business & Financial Acumen
D– Problem Solving & Decision Making  
E– Stakeholder Management
