Card Fraud Investigator

Job Description:
A- Analyse fraud trends, determine common points of compromise and decide on immediate tactical responses to block cards at risk of fraud
B- Conduct investigations on actual and suspected incidents of card fraud to determine the facts of each case
C- Manage the end-to-end process of all client card fraud claims to ensure a positive customer experience and to
maximize recoveries
D– Capture all data requirements accurately and timely into the event database/case register to enable further statistical and analytical use
E– Analyse card fraud data patterns and make rule change recommendations to improve card fraud rule performance
F– Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and
instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the
required standard of service to customers and stakeholders

Skills:
A- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant specialization
B- At least 2 years of experience in a card fraud environment
C- Certified Fraud Examiners
D– Written and spoken English
E– Knowledge of card products, systems, authorizations, card scheme rules and transaction processes
