Job Responsibilities:
A- From arrival to departure, greet guests in a professional and friendly manner, exceeding their expectations
B- Maintain effective communication with all related Departments to ensure smooth service delivery
C- Maintain current knowledge of the Hotel and local services
D– Maintain awareness of guest profile through the Opera guest profile system
E– Ensure that all messages, mail, and packages for Guests and Colleagues are delivered on time and in a professional manner.
F– Deliver newspapers to rooms in the morning
G– Deliver Guest messages and other deliveries promptly and professionally.
H– Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized concierge desk and storeroom

Job Requirements:
A- You should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in a four- or five-star hotel or similar industry
B- The ability to work with and engage teams from various cultures, strong verbal and written communication skills, quality-oriented with a focus on details, high-performance standards
C- The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, and technical proficiency i.e.
