ASSOCIATE ENGINEER
Full Time
Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Job Description:
A- Monitor all operations so that they are carried out in compliance with relevant manuals
and standards by:
B- Allocating properly trained and certified operators for all aviation operations.
C- Conducting spot checks to identify lapses in the operations and take corrective
action as and when required.
D– Procuring adequate stocks of Shell Water Detector and other consumables like
stationery, etc.
E– Percolating safety culture, industry best practices, and company values amongst
staff.

Skills:
A- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma with at least 2 years of work experience in a
supervisory position.
B- Experience in the oil industry or aviation industry would be an added advantage.
C- Proficiency in English and good verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of
The Arabic language is mandatory.
D– Should exhibit behavioral competencies which include teamwork, customer focus,
performance orientation, influencing others, strategic thinking, problem-solving, etc.
E– Good IT skills with competence in word processing, spreadsheets & databases.
