Assistant Relationship Manager

Job Description:
A- Develop and manage client relationships by offering value-added advice and guidance to customers and placing their needs at the forefront to achieve desired objectives of the bank in line with the required standards.
B- Monitor and control customer portfolios to achieve desired quality through cross-sell,upsell, and retention
C- Increase profitability, and relationship depth while minimizing risk to ensure a healthy portfolio
D– Optimise the potential value and profitability of existing relationships by assisting in the delivery of solutions, products, and services appropriate to meet customer needs and to improve customer engagement
E– Establish an effective dialogue / working relationship with Risk Management teams in order to build a sustainable asset growth

Skills:
A- At least 2 years of relationship management experience in the banking/ financial services industry
B- A minimum of CISI Level 1 certification is required
C- An extensive and demonstrable knowledge of markets, Investment and Insurance products are required
D– Experience in Wealth / Portfolio Management within the local market, driving wealth penetration
E– Understanding of wealth management products & services
