Job Description:
A- As an Assistant Operations Manager in Casual Restaurants you will oversee the efficient running and profitability of 3 fast food restaurants’ daily activities.
B- Your responsibilities include training and developing team members, coordinating employees’ schedules, and ensuring that company standard operating procedures and policies are being followed and consistently implemented.
C- Finally, you will help minimize operating costs, boost employee retention, and deliver outstanding guest service, and overall customer satisfaction.

Skills:
A- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in working within high-volume casual dining restaurants, previous luxury hospitality experience will be a big advantage.
B- To be successful in this role you will have to manage diverse teams, and implemented frequent training and engagement initiatives.
C- Solid experience with Menu engineering, Food Cost Management, and P&L knowledge is a must.
D– The ability to excel working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple business requirements whilst exceeding guest satisfaction will also be a key part of this exciting role. 
E– Excellent leadership skills along with a hands-on management style are a must.
