Job Responsibilities:
A- Pack Price Architecture: Support the development of Consumer & Shopper Pack Price Architecture, driving optimal, insights based Packs & Prices for each occasion & channel.
B- Promotion Strategy: Support defining a clear channel & customer promotion strategy, setting the guiderails, identifying the optimal offer, establishing the frequency in order to deliver the targeted Consumer Value, Effectiveness and Profitability.
C- Max the Mix: Identify Mix ‘Drags & Drivers’ within the portfolio and provide clear recommendations on the most optimal commercial strategy and game plan to maximize the Mix.
D– Trade Terms: Work with Sales Management, Finance and Commercial teams to support building an optimal commercial strategy by customer/channel and by product including customer margins structure and counterparts
E– Pricing: Determine annual Pricing rates which is informed by appropriate external & competitive benchmarks
F– Manage expectations through verbal and written interactions with division, sector and sales functions

Job Requirements:
A- +5 years of experience in Sales/Sales Management/Revenue Managmeent
B- Applicant must be immediately credible in strategy & have experience building executable commercial/financial strategy in a CPG environment.
C- Experience within strong top-tier consulting or Prior Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company experience required
D– Very strong analytical skills – excellent competency in MS Excel is a must, as is experience of managing complex, incomplete & inconsistent datasets and defining strategic analytics (market sizing/growth forecasts etc).
E– Deep grounding in analytical logic and ability to translate complex data into powerful insight
F– Intellectual curiosity and ability to problem solve / search out facts / engage internal & external contacts to source data without prior detailed process/guidance
