Job Description:
A- Primary point of contact for providing administrative support, processing requests, answering questions, and updating records. Â
B- Manages the overall operation of the manager’s office and ensures it runs smoothly.Â
C– Dispense assignments as empowered by the manager to make the manager available to focus on critical issues. Â
D– Respond to internal and external clients and address their requests, concerns, issues, and questions. Â
E– Promptly answer phone calls, deliver messages in a timely manner, and ensures\ messages are clearÂ
Skills:
A- High Diploma/Diploma in human resources, business administration, or any other related discipline.
B- 3 to 5 years of experience in progressively more complex and responsible operational roles within a dynamic human capital function.
C- Planning and Organizing
D– Organization & Multi-Tasking Skills
E– Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills
