Job Description:
A- Organize and arrange special meeting facilities; Prepare and compile various materials when requested, using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; Organize and maintain files and records; Diarize and follow up on various department matters under the responsibility of the CFO, for timely execution. Minute meetings as and when required.
B- Undertake staff management and all Human Resources & Administrative responsibilities according to directives from CFO
C- Working closely and liaising with HR and Administrative Departments, understanding the bank policies and the staff concerns
D– Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed – Support, coordinate and assist all other members of the team and as well as other teams as and when necessary in various office administrative duties, travel, maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment, arranging meetings, etc. and manage the day-to-day operations of the office.

Skills:
A- A tertiary qualification with a minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity.
B- Qualified accountant or equivalent with demonstrable experience of managing a finance function in a substantial business
C- Ability to deal with people from different cultures and nationalities
D– Proven ability to plan, lead and manage change within a strong leadership team.
E– Proven track record in leading and managing banking operations with leadership experience in general management, project management, communication, and budgetary oversight. Direct experience in leading Financial control and MI is strongly preferred.
