Job Description:
A- Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills, and supporting documentation
B– Posting journal entries, and maintaining accounts, receivables, and/or payables.
C– All collections received at the nursery – Cash, card, Cheque
D– Having experience in writing Cheques with keeping guidelines and policies in place
E– Responsible for Petty cash management and maintaining a complete record of all bills and receipts.
F– Coordination with other branches and ensure timely reporting for any discrepancies
G– Reconciling bank statements, Sub ledgers with General Ledger.
H– Prepares the necessary monthly reports and the requested ad-hoc summaries/reports as may be requested by the Management.

Skills:
A- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
B- Accounting software knowledge (Synthesis is preferred)
C- Excellent communication skills
D– Intermediate MS-Office skills: Word, Excel
